Our Bifold Doors

Cortizo Aluminium Bifold Doors — Precision-Engineered for Surrey & London

Our aluminium bifold doors are manufactured using the Cortizo Bifold and Bifold Plus systems — two of the most advanced folding-sliding door profiles available in the UK market. With a 73 mm frame depth on the standard system and 80 mm on the Bifold Plus, these doors deliver exceptional rigidity and thermal performance while maintaining elegant slim sightlines.

The Cortizo Bifold Plus achieves a U-value as low as 0.8 W/m²K thanks to its 45 mm polyamide thermal break — one of the best-performing bifold systems available. Both systems are tested to PAS 24:2022 enhanced security standards with multi-point locking on primary leaves and shoot bolt locking on intermediate panels.

  • Maximum panel size: 1,200 mm wide × 3,000 mm high (120 kg max sash weight)
  • Configurations from 2 to 7 panels as standard, up to 14 with jointing
  • Fold-in or fold-out, single direction or split opening
  • Low threshold option at just 23.5 mm for the Bifold Plus
  • Glazing capacity: 25 mm to 48 mm (double or triple glazed)
  • Full RAL colour range with dual-colour and textured finish options

Whether you are opening up a kitchen-diner to a garden in Weybridge, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space in Richmond, or specifying for a contemporary new-build in Guildford, our bifold doors are manufactured to order and installed by our own specialist teams.
